ASMAX products are available in two versions: International Version and Chinese Version. 

To ensure product compatibility, a consistent user experience, and the healthy development of ASMAX's global distribution network, ASMAX hereby clarifies the global distribution policy.

The following provisions shall apply:

1. Intended Market

Chinese Version products are developed and configured exclusively for the Mainland China market. They are not authorized for export, resale, or distribution outside Mainland China through unauthorized sales channels.

2. Product Configuration & App Compatibility

Chinese Version products are configured specifically for the Mainland China market, including software, language settings, and application compatibility.

These products are designed to operate with the Chinese Version ASMAX App and are not compatible with the International Version ASMAX World App. As a result, certain features, services, or user experiences may differ outside Mainland China.

3. Warranty & After-Sales Policy

Chinese Version products sold or used outside Mainland China are not eligible for international warranty, return, exchange, firmware conversion, or after-sales support provided by ASMAX or its authorized international distributors.

Any warranty or service request must be handled through the original point of purchase and in accordance with the policies of the original sales region.

4. Distribution Compliance

Authorized distributors, dealers, and sales partners are required to distribute ASMAX products only within their assigned territories and must refrain from any unauthorized cross-border distribution of Chinese Version products.

Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase through ASMAX Authorized Distributors to ensure product authenticity, full compatibility, and access to local warranty and after-sales support.
